Thoughts on craigslist.com?

Anyone have experience meeting people there?
I have a friend who's totally into it, he told me to look into it as well.
Suggestions, advice, thoughts...etc.

Sounds like it could potentially be sketchy.

Haha, I'm trying to avoid all sketchy-ness if possible.
I'm not sure if that is possible in this situation though.
