This call reminds me of something....I used to work for a large investment company. Had a client in Texas, a 60 something year old woman, who was upset with the manager at our branch that she went to. (For the record, she was in the wrong about the situation) She called and told me she was going to go down to the branch with a gun and take care of the problem. She was laughing when she said it so I thought she was joking. After the call, I got to thinking and called the branch and told the manager about the call. He knew who she was and decided to lock the doors on GP. Sure enough, she showed up with a loaded shotgun! I Got major kudos from upper management. I saved lives. My work is done! :)

LOL Reg.

Actually the cops showed up and sent her home! The branch manager was a mess. If I remember correctly, he had recently moved to TX for the job. I felt bad, he was down in texas all shaken up and I was on the phone with managers and VP's getting congratulated and having lunch bought for me. We had a quarterly goal thing we had to do. This incident took care of that for me for the quarter!
