Obviously, we all look at some topics without posting on them... what's the deciding factor for you...

To post or not to post?

Well, I think it varies...sometimes I'll post if I have an opinion that greatly differs from everyone elses just to add a little mix-up to the discussion, or if I want someone to know that they're not alone in their opinion, or if I get angry enough at someone's comments,...many reasons :0)

I used to post all the time. I felt the topics were interesting, the people intelligent and witty, and I just enjoyed the over all conversations that I could have with people- on both of the boards. However, the times changed and new people came and old people went and the climate of the board was altered. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, because I'm sure people who are coming in now feel the same way about people here that I felt about people who used to post more frequently. Now, I generally only post when either prodded by a friend who still posts, or if I see something that I cannot stand to let go without being refuted.

And hang on, when did you win the discus?

"Do you know what pledge time is, Andrew"? said the PBS Executive. "Yes", Lloyd Webber replied. "My 50th birthday special must be one program that gets done a lot." "No", mused the man from PBS heedlessy. "Not so much. Our Stephen Sondheim Carnegie Hall concert. That's a big one." Spoons, forks and knives seemed suddenly to suspend their motion in horror, all around the table.
