Posted: 3/4/08 at 4:54pmWith all this talk of Barack "Hussein" Obama, I realized I've never heard John McCain referred to by his full name like Ronald Wilson Reagan, William Jefferson Clinton or John Fitzgerald Kennedy. So what's he hiding? Do you think he might be John "Idi" McCain? John "Fidel" McCain?
