Anybody know? I haven't seen him post in ages. Not the same without him.

Somebody told me Papa hired him to wet nurse the baby?
I would suspect he's around.

AS long as he lives in our hearts, he's not really gone?
I'm thinking Clay, I mean TAZ... just had to take a little break from the boards while he came to terms with some issues in his personal life.
In 1285, Qalawun blackmailed Bohemond VII into destroying the last fortifications of the area, where Barthélémy was entrenched, a square tower which had been erected some distance from the shore. Qalawun said he would besiege Tripoli if the Maraclea fort was not dismantled.

In due time, my children, in due time...
PJ, are you trying to say that Taz is Qaddaffi? I mean Gaddafi? Or is it Qadhafi? No, I think it's Gadhafi.

His spokespeople called and said he will not return until you treat him with respect and deference.
I believe he reappeared around 10:41 this morning in the Avatar Thread.
I got a PM from his this morning. I sent it to him a few weeks ago wondering where he was.
I also noticed that N69N and Love4Cheno have not posted either.

SO Taz is Love4Cheno AND N69N? That explains a lot!~
Taz is a lovely person, even so he is NOT a sock-puppet for N69N. Some people stop posting here by "choice," you know!
I mean, can you blame them?
But don't worry, boys...don't worry, world...I'M STILL HEEEEEERRRRE!!!
I have been ever present my loves. I have missed you all!

Oh christ. Now he'll never shut up. I'm sick of him already.
PJ picks up the story of Maraclea in its final chapter.
Here's how the legend starts:
There was this Knight Templar who fell in love with a woman in the seaside town of Maraclea. (some people also think that was her name)
She was but a young girl of 16 and died before the knight was able to marry her. So, a voice came to the knight instructing him to exhume the body and make love to the corpse. He did this.
Nine months later, the voice told him to dig up her bones and place them in the shape of what we now call the "skull and bones" pattern (2 bones crossed with the skull above). It was told to him that if he did this, the bones would bring him unlimited power.
This is the origin of the Jolly Roger flag that pirates fly. At the time, the Knights Templar had more ships in the sea (going to and from the crusades) than anyone else. This was their flag. Pirates co-opted the insignia when the order of the Templar disappeared and the modern day association of pirates and skull and bones was forged.
Just for the record, it's pronounced Mara(like Farah)-clay-uh.
It has no other significance for me other than the fact that I think it's a cool story. I'm really not into necrophilia.

And he's back with a story glorifying statutory rape, necrophilia and pirates. Lovely. And here I thought you'd been living in a convent...a secluded little convent in the southern part of France!
I like to keeps things lively joe baby!
