Everything came from Santa still because my nieces are still young and they come over to unwrap presents with us. (One can read and the other is learning to read right now.)

My avatar is a reminder to myself. I need lots of reminders...

First year without the "Santa gifts." My little sister told us she knew about Santa since 4th grade. Go figure.

Most gifts were from my parents, and the rest were from my siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and friends.

"Santa" because I have a younger brother and sister who still believe...

Also my grandma and uncle.

I have my books and my poetry to protect me...

"The stage is where I live and come alive and act out all the things that go on in my life. It's not just what I do for a living, it's my shrink and my love affair. No one in my life has ever or ever will kiss me on the mouth like this lover called my relationship with my performance."
