Who's having problems with Yahoo and Hotmail?

I ran a scan of Spyware Doctor through my computer. Hotmail MSN hasn't been working since the weekend, the status comes up with "busy, sign in later" or some crap, and Yahoo.com has been pretty crappy.

I have logged into my account but it takes ages for the page to load and it eventually s-hits itself and gives up. We have called up phone companies, ran virus-scans galore, and I've not had the problem anywhere else, just that Yahoo has off-and-on days and it's like the computer dictating to YOU instead of the other way around.

I have a lot of important stuff to do so I can't afford to have these silly computer issues. If anyone knows anything, I'd be really grateful for your help

Hotmail sucks. I had to turn my spam filter off because it didn't catch any spam, it only caught all the mail i actually needed. I even sent something to myself from my hotmail address and it put it under spam ...it didn't even recognize MY hotmail address as legit.

get Gmail..it's the shiz, all the cool kids are doing it

Rockfenris2005, I've occasionally had trouble with Yahoo mail, though my problem was slightly different. It wouldn't attach files to my emails. However, if you have another email address to use, send Yahoo a message on their "help" screen and report the problem. It worked for me.
I have also, though rarely, had trouble accessing my account, but that only lasted for a few minutes.
I can't help you with hotmail as I have no experience with it. Good luck.

Thanks for your help, guys.

It turned out I had an Adware / Spyware problem which I deleted on McAfee. After that, everything went fine. Had no further difficulties with Yahoo and have been able to access Hotmail
