Is Popular a good audition song? I want Sally Brown and I know that Kristin Chenoweth won a Tony for it so if Popular is bad what would be good?

well, the song is probably not overdone yet. I say do it cause within a year or so, the song will be death to the touch

If the director doesn't mind you singing from the show sing Philosophy (i think it's called) popular is prolly gonna be used a lot

If you are doing YAGMCB, and want Sally's role why not use "My New Philosophy"? I got the sheet music at Colony for my daughter's chorus final. It was rewritten for a solo voice. I hope this helps, and good luck!

Because aren't you not supposed to sing songs from the show you're doing at an audition?
