Posted: 7/23/04 at 9:21pmI just found out recently that Sam Mendes directs the eBay commercials and that the Girl in the Yellow Dress from Contact was a background dancer for the one when the wife sings "Do you know the way to use eBay" and the bookcase moves to reveal a new sports car. Anyone know if more Broadway folk are in these?

Posted: 7/23/04 at 10:04pmGeez, I couldn't stand that lady who sang "Do you know the way to use Ebay?" I think it was that "Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa" at the beginning of her song. It just didn't sound right.

I know we have another thread already on this but I'd like to say that I cannot believe someone started a fansite based on his performance in a commercial! Anyone else find it a little odd..not that he wasn't fabulous but wow!
