I can see it when I reply to a post but not when I am just reading the post.
MyFairLady had this same problem and she fixed it. You could try PMing her.

Posted: 2/28/05 at 7:55pmI believe we figured out the avatar needs to be a JPG, not a bmp, as yours is. Try saving it as a JPG file, and re-uploading it.
