Okay, I've been eating Activia for about a year -- with that tacky graphic of the arrow pointing down (yeah, yeah, we get it) -- because I really like the tart vanilla. The best vanilla yohurt out there. They even started packaging it, finally, in an adult-sized containor, so I can decide on my own how much to eat in one sitting, you should excuse the expression (hated those pre-determined, controlled servings).
But the whole pro-biotic rationale -- may we have a serious chat about it here? Ddoes it really help one's sluggish "digestion," as Ms. Jamie Lee Curtis opines on the air? I'd love to know if others are maximizing their digestion opps with this yummy sweet treat. Is it really putting a spring in my step, a smile on my face? If I were on a desert isle, would my guts turn to cement without my bifidus?
