The soundtrack is already available.
The Intra Special Edition soundtrack to 9 TO 5 was released on CD this past December 2008.
The Original Broadway CAST RECORDING of the 2009 Broadway musical adaptation of the film - 9 TO 5: The Musical, is slated for release in early Summer 2009.
