I love the music, and listen to the CD all the time, but I never saw it. What is it about? (

Posted: 1/17/06 at 6:56pmIt's loosely based on William Finn's life, so it is somewhat autobiographical. It basically tells the story of a guy who has to have brain surgery. His mom, boyfriend, and agent all want him to spend his last night before surgery differently, but he just wants to write a great song. While in surgery, all of the songs that he never wrote play out on stage. Great music and amazing composer.
