A Question About Hiptix

I know that with Linctix you can only use it once per production. However, I was wondering if the same thing applies with Hiptix? Reason for my asking is that I saw Drood yesterday afternoon, loved it and want to go back.

It is the same policy unfortunately. I am in the same boat as you. Saw 'Drood' and want to go back. I guess it will be rush for me!

You both are mistaken. You are entitled to 2 tickets per show. If you use only one you can indeed use the other at another time.

I was wondering the same thing as I was looking at Hiptix today, and just wanted to confirm I understand correctly. When they say 2 tickets per show, they mean over the entire course of the run, you can only purchased 2 tickets through the Hiptix program?

And apparently, HipTix doesn't apply to Roundabout tours (ie, Anything Goes) either. I wanted to catch it while its in Florida, but tickets are expensive and they're not offering any rush or student tickets.

You can get another Hiptix ticket to Drood. I got a Hiptix ticket for it in November, and then another one later.

I've gotten a total of 5 Drood tickets so far through HIPTIX. Not sure if that's a fluke, but I just use the code online and it's always let me.

That's interesting, I wonder if there is a certain amount of time in which you can't buy more than two. nasty_khakis, how long was it between your purchases? It seems silly to me to restrict people from seeing multiple performances when they are not even selling all of the Hiptix allocated in the first place!

I have no idea. I saw it once the first week, twice in November, and bought two for my birthday earlier this month.

I just went to the site, used the hiptix code, and bought tickets online. Roundabout never contacted me or told me I couldn't.
