On behalf of the memory of Michael Bennett, please do not include any reference to that slimy rat bast*rd's appearance in the greatest musical ever when referencing him. We would all like to forget this unfortunate incident in Broadway history.

She covered Bebe, Diana, and Judy, yes, but I don't think she covered Val. In any case, what does that have to do with anything? Lopez did his best to work his way through a fair amount of that line and ended up with her. I don't understand your point.

According to IBDB she did not cover Val, ghostlight is correct (as usual).

Either way, no one knows of her from ACL. Hell, *I* didn't even known, and I keep better tabs on the show than almost anyone.

according to my closing night playbill, she's listed as a Val u/s. And that was a joke about Lopez buying her implants. and IBDB doesn't list every ACL cast members and all their u/s. several vacation swings aren't listed and several swings changed u/s roles throughout the run.

I'm fairly aware of the comings and goings of even the vacation swings in that show, and ibdb is notoriously unreliable, so sure, it's possible that towards the end, she was listed as a Val cover. My question is, what does that have to do with anything?
This:

seemingly comes out of nowhere, and looks as though it's a response of some kind, though I can't find anything that would have prompted it. What did you mean by that? Just curious.

in which case, sure, Mazza was a replacement u/s with ACL. That's how she met Mario. She even went on a few times as Bebe and as Diana. I don't think she ever went on for Judy or Val, if she was a Val cover (she'd be terribly miscast as either).

Ah, Got it. Yeah, yet another reason I was pretty sure she hadn't u/s Val was because she wasn't exactly...equipped for the role, but then really, neither was Jessica Goldyn, but nobody seemed to mind.
