What a fascinating production. Saw it on Broadway in 1994. For other fans of the show I thought you might enjoy this video.

I think the house leaning and spilling all of its contents was a bit gimmicky. I think the production could have stood on the merit of its acting and script.

If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

I loved seeing this show! It was a part of one of my HS trips...sadly it was the last show of the weekend, and many of my students could barely keep their eyes open.

Note to self: loud and shiny musicals are better for the last show.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
