I dont know that they were ever announced but heres the remaining cast (also listed on the website)
Adam Sietz - Telephone Repairman
Sullivan Walker- Delivery Man, u/s Velasco

Who is Benim Foster (is that first name correct? I goggled and got nothing.

yes it is. The website is Flash so I can not copy and paste his bio here. Its is broadway debut. His off broadway credits include Last Train to Nibroc and Henry V. He had a few regional credits and some guest roles on TV shows. Try to imdb him. He is the only Barefoot Cast member with out a picture posted.
