The "Why the F*** are you not a musical" thread recently talked about wishing the Bill and Ted movies were a musical. Turns out... they are, but only in Scotland.
Glenn Carter, famous for his role as Jesus in the the filmed revival of Superstar, apparently appeared in the show and recorded several numbers. You can find a plot summary at the composer's official web site, http://www.deancollinson.com/
The score apparently won some awards in Scotland for "best new musical" the year it premiered at a festival. I wouldn't mind seeing this Off-Broadway, myself.

Bill and Ted are menaced by the latest horror movie villain, but other movie characters arrive to save them. Sometimes it's funny, some years it falls flat.
