Books on Acting Shakespeare?

I'm about to embark on my first foray into acting Shakespeare (and I've landed the lead, to boot!) and I'm scared! Can anyone suggest good books on acting Shakespeare? Rehearsals dont start for about 3 weeks, and I'd like to get my footing before I get in rehearsals.

Try "Playing Shakespeare". I read it awhile ago and it's very good. Judi Dench, Ian McKellen, and the like contribute to the book. I found it helpful in watching Shakespeare, playing Shakespeare, and playing any other role in theatre, for that matter.
