Bostonian ART members--question about "Hair" discount

I recently became a member of the A.R.T. in Boston (the company which currently has "Prometheus Bound" and had the Amanda Palmer "Cabaret" earlier this season). One of the perks of membership is a discount on "Hair" tickets for performances from April 5-11. Because I want to have a good selection of seats (hoping for front center orchestra on the aisle--and there are some left!), I'd like to order my tickets now, but I'm not sure how to apply the discount I'm owed. They have not answered my e-mail, so I was hoping one of you could help. How do I use my ART membership to get the discount? Thanks, all.
