Walked by tonight and noticed that Brad Oscar is not in tonight's performance of "The Producers". Does anyone know if he's on vacation? Thanks!

Well he is either sick, vacationing, or simply took the day off.

#3I thought his understudy was great!!!

I just wanted to say that I saw his understudy on Friday night and I really thought he was fanstatic and so did the other people I saw the show with. I'm sure Brad Oscar is in awesome in the role, but I honestly have a hard time thinking someone could be better. I didn't feel like the show was lacking anything at all except for only one tiny part where I thought he struggled a bit. (I won't go into detail because I don't want to spoil the show if you haven't seen it yet!)

from what i've seen of brad oscar in the role (admittedly only video clips) i'm not fond of the voice/accent he uses, its seems far too high and fake for max..to me at least.

After seeing Billy Crystal sing at the Oscars, I want to see him as Max. Is this a good idea?
