Broadway and off-Broadway comparison in the West End

In the Unites States we have Broadway and off-Broadway, which is determined by the number of seats a particular house may have. In the West End is there something that is similar to this?

No, in London we have West End theatres that have less than 500 seats, we do have fringe theatres, but this is nothing like off Broadway
