Posted: 11/5/07 at 11:30pmI accidently purchased tickets for Little Mermaid on the wrong date. Has anyone done that with Ticketmaster? Are they forgiving on the phone or am I going to have to suck it up?

Posted: 11/6/07 at 12:21amGive Ticketmaster and call in the morning and describe your situation to them. They probably would be willing to work with you on it. If not, just sell the tickets on Ebay or a similar site.

I did that once, only with Telecharge.
I called them up and made something up. I think I said I had put in the right date, and only at the end once I purchased the tickets did it tell me the other date (aka what it had said all along, but me not realizing it was a week before I wanted to go).
They let me switch the tickets...yeaaaa, I felt like a bad person, but whatever.
