Cabaret Vocal Range

Does anyone know Sally's vocal range? Specifically for the song "Don't Tell Mama?" I know she's an alto. But I am looking for specific notes.

I believe Don't Tell Mama, in its original key, is written to a D above middle C.

Sally's really more of a mezzo than an alto - I always feel an alto role stays below middle C, but Sally sustains a lot of songs on a C (a few times in "Cabaret" and in "Mein Herr") and often has to reach up to a D.

on a somewhat unrelated side note: some of the cut songs (Goodtime Charlie, in particular) are actually quite high - i believe it goes up to a high F, which I think is interesting for a character like sally..
