Cheapest Shrek Tickets?

Hey guys,

What is the cheapest way to get Shrek tickets? I'm looking to go tonight, and I want to see how I can get there. Would I be able to march up to the box office and buy a rear mezz ticket? If so, are the seats any good? Should I try TKTS for like 60 bucks? The lotto has already passed, so that's not good.

There's a discount code on Broadwaybox. I believe the lowest-priced seats are $45.

However, I would strongly warn you against the rear mezz seats at the Broadway. You might as well be trying to listen from the lobby. But, if you have no problem with thtat, that's fine.

Rear-mezz seats are a safer bet. If you're a seat snob, then by all means go for TKTS, but it's risky.

Broadway box discount is the best way for the lowest price tickets. As for the rear mezz at the broadway its not the bad I have sat there many times for shows and I have always been fine. Although for Shrek I ended up getting a headset so I could really hear everything. So i do suggest getting a headset.

playbill.com also has discounts for select dates through mid-January.
