I am coming to NY from Feb 11th through the 15th and am not too sure what to see. I have tickets for N2N for the 13th, but also want to squeeze in at least two more show.
I am thinking WSS (just for Karen), Night Music, and Hair, but have read such an array of opinions and want to make my trip worth while!
I was also debating Billy Elliot. What do you think?
Any good recommendations for dinner (we are vegetarians) on Valentines night near Theatre District?
Thanks your input in greatly appreciated.

Karen is definitely worth seeing the show for, but she has every Sunday off... just keep that in mind.
Hair is a must see, and In The Heights is also my favorite. I liked Night Music but it's not my favorite Sondheim show and I probably would have liked it more if I had a seat.

I second Red Bamboo! It's one of my favorite places to eat and I'm not even vegetarian. They also have many vegan options.
If you go, their specialty is their "chicken." I can't go there without ordering buffalo wings.
The location I always go to is on West 4th Street. Not exactly close to the theater district, but a quick subway ride away. I don't know how romantic it is, if that's what you're going for. It's tiny and always cramped and noisy, but the food is more than worth it.
THE MIRACLE WORKER begins previews right before that weekend, so you could try to see that. It might be easier to get cheap tickets during the early previews.
