One problem was that it was still wall to wall people although expanding it did help a little. A suggestion for the celebrity desk would be to put it on the stage of an empty ( no show ) theater. In this way, the crowd would be more orderly & people could actually see the people on the desk. My buddy Peter Samuel was there & many people might not have known who he was
This is excellent for BC/EFA! Thank you to all the people who went and spent their hard earned money! You contributed to a great cause!
Mr. Roxy's idea is a good one. Though hopefully there won't be an empty theatre to be found next year. And the scaffolding by Shubert Alley did make it more claustraphobic.
For next year, I think the celeb table should be expanded with the addition of songwriters, directors and designers.
Wow thats really great!!

Two years ago the celebrity table was moved into the msin lobby of the Minskpoff Theater due to rain. It worked out fine. In fact, I think it was a better sydtem than the one they used yeterday. Still, I had a great time with Nathan Lane.
And yeah for the Gypsy table, raising the most money!
Not that it matters, so long as everyone contributes. Yeah for everyone who went and spent, and those who donated there time to sell things.
