Just finished watching this *brillant* movie again! After watching the whole movie including deleted musical scenes, I decided to watch the "making of". During the interview footage, they showed some deleted dialoge from the 1st scene at the airport. It goes like this:
"We love Yentel because we both lost our fathers...in a baking accident".
Sondheim reference anyone? I couldn't believe it myself!

I didn't think it was a great movie, but it is GREAT fun. I own it on DVD because I love all the snippets of Broadway songs done very poorly.
"Shut-up, shut-up, shut-up . . . your voice is giving me shingles"
". . . your voice is giving me cramps"
LOL

One of my favorite movies!
It doesn't stereotype all gay people....just Drag Queens. Anyone who watches it should know it's just in fun anyway.
"We have to go where they'll never look for us because there's no theatre. No dinner theatre. No culture at all."
*Thinks* "Los Angelos!"
