Does anyone know anything about Courtney Balan who sings the song "Goodnight" on the website for piece? I found her version of this song so heartbreaking and I want to know more about her. I did a search and didn't come up with much.

I saw Courtney in In My Life, and thought she was far superior in every way to Boevers

and while we're on the subject of peice....
i think shoshana in "home" is really...really touching

i like shoshana, but i think she overdoes it in wicked...i think that's why i like her with this song

Courtney is currently in the ensemble of IN MY LIFE and covers the part of Jenny for which she has gone on a bunch of times. I haven't managed to catch her yet, but I hear she is incredible. Before this she starred in I LOVE YOU, YOU'RE PERFECT, NOW CHANGE off-broadway and was phenomenal in that.

I love piece, it is so touching. Never Never Land is another favorite of mine, but Goodnight just makes me sob. So pretty.

I guess I might have to see "In My Life" if I wanna see Courtney, that is if it lasts long enough for me to get there.

IM OBSESSED WITH HER.

She went to U Mich for BFA.

INCREDIBLE in i love you, youre perfect now change. she really got to show off that she can belt, havea gorgeous soprano, be an old jewish mother, the "beautiful girl" and her monologue from the show was PHENOMENAL.

this girl can do anything.

i'm glad shes keeping in my life sane.

I saw her once as Jenny and fell in love with her all over again.

I have never seen JBo in the role and, after having seen Courtney, have no desire to. Another classic example of the Shoshana Bean effect.

I wish the show could stick around long enough for Courtney to take over the role, but Joe Brooks doesn't have THAT much money.
