She is hysterically funny, and last night was no exception.

She told a series of amazing stories that have happened to her (topics included: Stalking Brian D'Arcy James, some audition stories, a story about planets , and a tragic accident involving one of her castmates in Jolson on tour getting shot in Baltimore)

She is an amazing storyteller, and rumor has it she'll be back with this show .

I'm surprised no one has replied yet but yes I was in attendance and it was more amazing than I could have imagined. Besides being a trulley fabulouse singer, she is a first rate storyteller and really had an interesting songlist/story set-ups. The evening consisted of audience members picking cards out of her hat(looked like a Perille hat if you ask me) that contained a song name(number for the pianist) and a story that corresponded.
I can't remember the song list... All in all, a great evening. I was having a terrible day yesterday and this really cheered me up. Thank you Donna!!
