I was wondering if anyone knows if I would get a response from The cast of Hair, Billy Elliot, and Bye Bye Birdie? If not who should I send to in order to get a Playbill signed by the whole cast !

You will most likely hear back from all of them except with the possibility of BBB, but it can take some time....they get LOTS of fan mail and aren't in any rush to get to each piece.
BBB might not have enough time to respond since it is closing in a few weeks...but you have a good shot.
