"Forbidden Broadway SVU" CD to be released!!!!!

It's been confirmed! There will be a CD of "Forbidden Broadway SVU"!!! Check it out...

It doesn't give much info, but it says it will be released on April 26th! I'm sooo excited!!!

God, I hope that Megan Lewis is on this disc. That girl has some pipes on her!

I have heard wonderful things about Megan, although she wasnt in the show the night I saw it... I went during the 2 week that Christine Pedi was back in. Christine is fabulous... I wish they'd bring her back to do the CD!

Maybe they'll have both Pedi and Lewis do it. Lewis should definitely record the Wicked segment. I also really thought her voice shown doing Brightman, Merman and Foster. Haven't most of Pedi's best performances already been preserved on CD?

Yes, mostly.... but no one can do Liza better than her... not even Liza herself!

Agreed that she does a fab Liza. But when I saw SVU, the first time (Pedi and Lewis were both in the show) Liza only made a brief appearance in a large Tonys section, and second time I saw it (with only Lewis) the Liza part was eliminated from the section and not really missed, so the Liza part might not even be on the new recording.
