Fringe Fest

I know the the fringe fest site (fringenyc.org) says that the program guide will be available this month, but I could have sworn that this time last year I had the PDF guide printed, Highlighted and picked through. I may be wrong, but does anyone have a clue as to when it will be available this year. I'm getting really antsy and want to start figuring out what i have time to see.
