Just to start of, I did do a search about this :)

I'm going to see Grease on Saturday, and had a quick question about the stage door. I read and heard that it is crazy, but when it was mentioned it was an evening performance. I am seeing the matinee. Does anyone know if Max, Laura and the rest of the cast will come out after? I know for some shows that they will just stay inside until the night performance, but I wasn't quite sure about this one. Thanks everyone.

I can't say for sure, but judging by the noise I heard from down the street yesterday, I think they did come out after the matinee.

On Sunday after finishing up at the Hairspray stage door I jetted over to the B-A to see if anyone was still there. I kinda figured I'd missed everyone but I'd been hoping to maybe run into Max or Laura to just say hi because I had to head in that direction anyway.

Alas, there was no one there but the barricades were still set up and they were right in front of the theatre - to the right of the main entrance if you're facing the theatre.
