Sorry if this has already been asked but when i did the search nothing came up so....
What theatre is Grease playing? According to Broadwayworld tickets are onsale through Nederlander.
Not confirmed, but I think it is expected to play the Brooks Atkinson Theatre after the limited run of Moon for the Misbegotten.

Smaxie's right....According to ShowTix (the group ticket sales agent), it's playing the Atkinson.

The marquee WAS redone within the past decade, and in fact, was a recent "Design Times Square" nominee for distinguished vintage signage in the theatre district.

And the Jacobs is getting Frost/Nixon.
has that been anounced yet. I saw it in london and thought it was very good. But Grease would fit better in the jacobs condsidering it is their original home.
The Jacobs is a Shubert-owned theatre. The Brooks Atkinson is a Nederlander-owned theatre. The Grease revival is being co-produced by the Nederlander Organization, so they obviously want it in one of their houses. As far as Grease "fitting better" into the Jacobs because the original show played that house when it was the Royale, I don't think anyone is that sentimental over having Grease back in the theatre where the original production spent most of its life (though it originally played the Broadhurst, after moving uptown from the Eden, the former Yiddish theatre down in the East Village). And the Jacobs and the Brooks Atkinson are almost exactly the same size (1074 seats at the Jacobs; 1077 seats at the Brooks Atkinson).
