I switched to channel 74 at Corine's command and found it was a PPV station on my satellite dish.

What did I do wrong?

Who votes for these things anyway? Do they SEE the shows??? Is Corine's faulty memory (she's already been told that Sherman is the dog and she's already told the slave about Regan) the reason she is able to cheer and presumably be surprised by the broadcast of an awards show she attended just a few days ago??????

Corine and Rod the puppet are watching the Drama Desk Awards on Channel 74. The nominees are read for Best Revival of a Play.

Corine: I want The Normal Heart to win! Did you see The Normal Heart, Rod? It's a work of art! It deserves to be on Broadway and tie for a Tony.

Rod: I don't know why you'd ask me if I saw The Normal Heart, Corine, what are you saying?

Corine: I want The Normal Heart to win Best Revival of a Play. It made me cry on the bus.

Rod: I'll bet you 20 dollars Henry IV wins and not The Normal Heart.

Corine: Okay, Rod, you're on!

"And the 2004 Drama Desk Award for Best Revival of a Play goes to Henry IV!"

Corine: Oh, boo! Here's your 20 dollars Rod.

Rod: I can't take your money, Corine. This award show was taped, I was actually at the ceremony.
