Hey everyone i was just wondering if any of you have anything you take or any remedies for sore throats. I woke up today and my throat was killlliiinng me and i have to perform in a concert tonight....pleaaaseee help!

There are various OTC items I've used. If you just want to dull the pain, Chloreseptic has worked for me, also Riccolas throat drops work. If you've got congestion, try hot tea with lemon.
And don't hesitate to take a trip to your doctor. If there's an infection, you need to deal with it. Hope everything goes well for you.

dang it pippin i was gonna say throat coat!!

I was in a show once where i had a really sore throat, so i had a thermos full of hot (but not too hot) water and sipped it constantly while off stage. it helped relax my sore throat.

I thought you weren't supposed to have too hott or too cold.
