I have only seen them briefly, and there aren't really any good pictures on the web. How is the view from row K and back of those side sections? Anyone have experience with those seats?
If you can get the inner seats, I actually think they're great. (I sat in K2 for Priscilla first preview, and sat in similar seats for Legally Blonde and Vanessa Williams' concert.) They're higher than the central sections, so you have a totally clear view and for this show, there's nothing you miss upstage on your closest side. But if you're not on the inner seats, I would sit further back.
When I saw Priscilla there, those seats seemed to be largely occupied by disabled people- probably for the ease of access? They do go pretty far off to the side though. The furthest ones are basically right at the side exit doors.
Those seats are fine, much better than the front row.
By the inner seats I assume you mean closer to the center of the house and further from the wall? If you had to choose between K7-K9 and T2-T4, which would you pick? I am afraid that if I go too far back, the mezz overhang will obstruct the divas sometimes.
I'd go with T2-4. I sat in one of the very last rows of the orchestra for West Side Story and I don't remember much of the stage being cut off because the mezzanine sits pretty high up. You may miss a few moments when the divas go to the very top of the stage, but you shouldn't miss anyone standing on top of the bus.
I'm with theatreguy, go for T2-4. Stage is high and so is the mezzanine, so all around good.
OK. If anyone has other suggestions, please let me know.
