Hey guys...So I'm having people come over on Sunday night. (All broadway obsessed, mind you). Any cool ideas for the night? I was thinking we could all do like Broadway Karaoke before it starts. I have like all the karaoke CDs. Any help is greatly appreciated!

A prediction pool is always fun for these kinds of thing.

You can give away little prizes for whoever predicts the most.

How about pin the tail on Norbert Leo Butz?

Trivia Game? Past Tony Trivia?

You could also have snacks/food themed with this years shows.

So much you can do with that: French food (DRS), Italian (Piazza), etc. Juice Boxes like they use in Bee, coctails mentioned in La Cage, Sake from Pacific Overtures...

A themed menu is always fun -

"Piazza" Pizzas
The obvious - Spam
Tim "Curry"'d Chicken
Christina Apple-pie
"Clark" bars
"Dirty Rotten" martinis
etc.,

Of course, depending on how obsessed they are, coming as a character from your favorite show is always a possibility...

Or, adding to Barihunk's suggestion, dressed as their favorite past winner.

I'm always at the NC shore with my family when the Tony's happen. Usually, I'm fighting for the right to the remote so I can WATCH THEM and NOT NBA playoffs!!!!!

For anyone who cares, we've finalized our menu/drink list for the 2005 Tonys Celebration.

FOOD
Norbert Leo Buns
Erin Dill-y pickles
Light in the Pizza
25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee Bars (Alphabits treats)
Tim Chicken Curry
A-lotta-Spam Dip

*We decided to pass on Fromage Aux Folles, Kathleen Turn-overs, and Victoria Clark Bars. And Toot Sweets are damn hard to find.

DRINKS
Sex on Gary's Beach
Christina Apple-tinis
Dirty Rotten Martinis
Juice Boxes
Cherry Jones Soda

*We didn't know if anyone would actually drink Sherrie (Sherry, get it?) so we left it off the list.

Happy Viewing!
