Jessica Boevers, Christopher Hanke, Roberta Gumbel and Chiara Navarra will be among cast members of the new Broadway musical, In My Life, beginning Sept. 27.

What I find more interesting than the cast is that the musical "METROPOLIS" has plans for a broadway run! This is one of my all time faves! I can't wait!!!!!

Wow - metropolis on Broadway. Love the score & would definitely see it. It is depressing but with the music & sets

As far as In My Life, it hasn't a prayer as the composer does the unforgiveable - writes pop music. Barricade the door & hide your wife & kids . The greatest calamity ever to face Broadway theater - pop music - OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH

Now all we need is they resurrect Gone With The Wind with Nathan Lane as Rhett & Rosie O Donnell as Scarlett . We naturally would have Broderick as Ashley

i'm confused... ken mandelbaum includes this in his list of upcoming jukebox musicals for this season... i thought there was a brand new score written for this show?

Broadway.com has pictures up of the cast. Apparently they performed at the Four Seasons restaurant on July 28.

Was anyone there?

It's a new book musical (not a jukbox box show) in which "a musician (Hanke) with Tourette's syndrome and a journalist (Boevers) with obsessive compulsive disorder meet cute at a grocery store — with some help from above — and begin an unlikely romance that proves that life's greatest affliction is the one they share — true love."

The problem is that Joe Brooks, a complete neophyte to Broadway, has not only written the book, music and lyrics, but he's also directing. That's almost always a recipe for a major disaster. We shall see.
