Into the Woods - The German Cast Recording?

It was cheap on AmazonMP3, so I bought it the other day. I think it's an excellent recording. I place it after the original Broadway and London casts, but before the revival cast recording. It's a highlights recording, so it's missing a lot of the score (I wish they'd left "Giants in the Sky"). It's interesting to hear these characters singing in the language of the Brothers Grimm. I love the Witch (somewhere in between Julia McKenzie and Vanessa Williams in vocal timbre) and Little Red in particular. The Baker and Baker's Wife sound somewhat older than I'm used to, as do the princes. The translation sounds very good, preserving the rhythm and rhyme scheme of the original. Worth checking out for less than ten bucks at any rate.
