it sounds like a good idea to me
written properly...i think it would have a good run- but that brings in a WHHOOLLLE other genre of 'tv musicals'
I think that would be hard to do. Finding someone to fill those shoes will be difficult.
I do think that AND INTRODUCING DOROTHY DANDRIGE would be a hit on stage.

I'm having a flashback, and it's not a good thing.
Maybe someone here can help me out. Anyone remember some of those numbers FaithPrinceFan321 had proposed?
Awwwww. I love WILDCAT! "That's What I Want For Jaine" kinda makes me tear up a bit too. Oh, and I love "Courduroy Road"!
Wait, this might be clever. With Ricky's band and her always trying to get "into the act".
It does have potential.
Oooh, and the song they do in the chocolate factory will be all mumbles due to their mouths being full. (if I had a quarter)
See? It's writing itself!
I suppose Rachel York would give it a shot again.
If funny enough yes.
It's got potentail and the name.... it would be a tourist attraction too!!!!!
It could be an incredibly good idea. It wouldn't draw a very young demographic, but I think it would draw more of an adult audience. Not saying that teens wouldn't go, because I absolutely LOVE Lucy. Written correctly, the script would really have to be the strong point. However, wouldn't it be kind of hard because Lucy has to kind of have that distinguishable voice .. wouldn't it be weird to relay that voice into song?
I think it sounds like a great idea, though.
wouldn't it just be my luck if someone has already started work on this! thats why i'm starting right now!
Ohh yes! Rachel York all the way!
"I Love Lucy" is one of my favorite shows!! I would definetly see this!!
Let's get Marc Shaiman to do the music!
yes! I am attempting to pen the book, god help me!
