I commented to her entry. She was one of the warmest people I have ever met after a show like that. I can't wait to see what the future holds in store for her on B'way

was jennifer going to take over for the role of laura when she joined, or did she just want to be in the ensemble?

I love her and am so glad to have had the oppurtunity to speak with her. She was really heartbroken about Piazza.

No. Wills took over the understudy slot for Laura Fairlie.

I sent Jennifer an email and said to her, that she didn't get the role in Piazza, but she got a role in The Woman in White, that i think it's a better musical than Piazza(and i love Piazza) and now she can add to her resume an Andrew Lloyd Webber musical, who is the most important name in the musical theatre industry.

I couldn't agree more with all of you about Ms. Wills. When I have talked to her at the stage door, she has never been anything but completely gracious. What a lovely spirit to have on Broadway. I do have to disagree with you muscle23ftl about "Piazza" vs. "WIW" but that is why there are all different types of shows for all different types of people. I didn't hate "WIW", but I didn't love it either. I certainly didn't feel that it deserved to be a "flop". Very sad. On the other hand...I adore "Piazza"...but I digress...this is a thread about JHW thanking the WIW fans...I have been reading her journal for some time now.

The 1st time i saw WIW i thought it was just ok. But this second time around i loved it so much. Piazza is a great show. I love it. But WIW is very complicated and needs to be seen more than 1 time. Just my thought. Anyhow, i think both these shows are probably the best on Broadway right now. Well...piazza now. Oh and Rent!

did you get her email from herself personally, or is it on her website? just wondering... (im in a performer email craze right now cuz it is cheaper than sending letters so yeah)
