I am dying to know how it is. She said in that interview something about possibly taking it to NYC off-broadway. I would see it in a heartbeat. And I don't think it is a one woman show. There are others in the show with her.
I did not see the show, but know a lot of people who worked the show here in SF. They said it was a work in progress (just like the title), and it may have gotten tighter and better in L.A (so I have read). Seems like a cute show, mostly her talking to the audience, but from what I understand, just a fun night.
Oh, yeah, those in SF were not to pleased with her coming in, but when she arrived, they said she was by far one of the nicest people they have ever worked with. I was very pleased to hear that.

I had the pleasure of working with her very briefly (one night). She was amazingly friendly and loving to everyone involved. From the people cleaning her dressing room to the fans outside, she treating everyone as if they were an intimate friend. A real pro.

Good show. Still a work i progress. Plenty of cheap seats available thru Goldstarevents.com.
I saw the show a few weeks back here in LA and loved it. It's very, very funny as she does break the 4th wall and talks to the audience and does part of her stand up act.
A very good show!
I hope it is better than Sally Marr.
I'd love to see this show come to Off-Broadway sometime in the future!
I saw the production.
It is not a good play but she is very entertaining and commanding. The play is a vehicle for her to address the audience in mini-monologue fashion.

They'll be selling tickets for this show on QVC.
I know its easy to laugh at Joan now, but in her heydey she was an hysterical stand up. Saw her several times in Vegas and AC and she was one of the best.
