If only there were an online tool with which one could look up a person's name and learn more about them!

She's very talented and extremely versatile, and vocally I can imagine her doing a good approximation of the Carole King sound.

She is playing a couple of roles, including the ghost of Princess Di, in the current West End transfer of the Almeida's terrific KING CHARLES III, and she was previously at the Almeida in the now-not-coming-to-SecondStage AMERICAN PSYCHO in which she was very funny as Bateman's girlfriends' gloriously crass and vulgar best friend. She was Evelyn in the Open Air Regent Parks' ghastly version of RAGTIME and a terrific trailer trash-style Hippolyta in the same venue's "Shameless"-inspired take on A MIDSUMMER NIGHTS DREAM.
She was also the best thing in a rather weird but occasionally wonderful piece at Lyric Hammersmith inspired by The Smiths back catalogue entitled SOME GIRLS ARE BIGGER THAN OTHERS, the highlight of which was Ms Brayben singing a full throated and plaintive version of "Please Please Help Me Get What I Want" into a 40s style microphone while standing atop a mound of prone human bodies; it was supremely affecting, even as it was mystifying, and she sang the crap out of it. Oh and also did a year as Sophie in the West End MAMMA MIA.

Good to see her originating a lead in a big West End show. I just hope she doesn't do a Ryan Molloy, who was slightly left field casting for Frankie Valli in the London JERSEY BOYS and has been playing the one role ever since.... Then again, it IS work I guess.
