A while back there was some talk about her recording a solo album. Has there been any more recent news on this? Has anyone heard her say anything?

Thanks!

A. It's called search.
B. She's getting married next year, there might not be time.
C. Yes. On the Jeff Blumenkrantz songbook podcast (one that I'm plugging because it is wonderful) she said she will do something, pop, opera, something, soon, but she has no dates, or anything. She says she will have some time off to think.
D. She wants a baby.

I did a search and couldn't find anything that I didn't already know. I subscribe to the Jeff Blumenkrantz podcast and I have heard the episode where Kelli sang ("The Spring And The Fall" is a beautiful song too, I'm glad she was the one who sang it!) and spoke about her plans. I was just hoping to hear from someone who had heard something more recently, as that episode of the podcast is now over 2 months old.

Thanks for the info though... I guess the project has been put on the back burner...

I love that song SO much.
She just has so much talent, it makes me want to cry that her solo album is on the back burner.
You can read the broadway.com article After Babe, a Baby? and see what she really wants to do.
Bittersweet, because she didn't win the tony.
