I just got SWIWS and Marie Christine. I've only listend to the R. Shomon part of SWIWS but I love it so far. Anyways, I heard Michael John wrote a musical called Little Fish - can anyone tell me what its about? Did anyone see it? Good Score? Just curious. Also, how do you pronounce his last name?

Most people say La-kew-sa. He says it is technically la-ki-oo-sa.

The show uses the plot from "DAYS" and characters from "FLOTSAM" from "Transactions in a Foreign Currency" by Deborah Eisenberg.

It starred Jennifer Laura Thompson, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Leah DeLaria, Hugh Panaro, and Marcy Harriell.

It's about an ex-smoker, Charlotte (JLT), dealing with life post-smoking in NYC.

The score is very beautiful and a lot of fun, featuring one of his better songs "Remember Me."

Ugh, I wish it had been recorded. I'm starting to get more into his work. And it sounds like it had a great cast. Maybe now with all his shows getting recorded, they'll make a studio cast or something.

Definitely worth it; it's a great read, even without knowing the music.
