so what would O/S row M seats 25 and 26 Stalls mean? good or bad?

The first thing that comes to mind is that O/S would mean OBSTRUCTED VIEW. Like in the Her Majesty's Theatre in London where THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA is playing there are pilars in the auditorium and because of those some seats have obstructed view. Maybe it means something else too, but that's the first that came to mind.
