Natalie Portman, who starred in the 1997 revival of THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK, is sponsoring an online auction for the benefit of The Milo Gladstein Foundation for research through the innovative charity CLOTHES OFF OUR BACK. Milo is the grandson of friends of mine & is just 1 of the sweetest, intelligent & adorable kids. He never, ever complains about his ailments. I cannot imagine what he and his family are going thru.

"Others contributing items to the auction are John Travolta, Courtney Cox-Arquette, Scarlett Johansson, Julianna Margulies, Kirsten Dunst, Quentin Tarantino, and the casts of "Scrubs" and "Grey's Anatomy"".

I love hearing about these kinds of things. This kind of information should make the news more often in place of the normal hollywood gossip.
