Next to Normal 4/12 Evening Show Canceled

just got a (partial) refund from tdf.

anyone know why? should i get tickets to the matinee? want to see this show bad!

I imagine it is because they had a long string of shows in a row because of opening night.

Weirdly enough I had a ticket to Sherie Rene Scott's show that night and that performance was also cancelled... they moved my ticket to another performance.

They also could have cancelled it because of Easter. You know, giving people some time to be with family and friends.

So great, Everyday Rapture cancelled the only performance that I (and others in the theater community on the average schedule) could attend. Guess I won't be seeing that after all.

Maybe because it was Easter it was drastically undersold?

That would be press week wouldn't it, is it possible they weren't expecting anyone that night and wanted to give them an extra night off?
